This recipe is a great way to get some nutrient-dense foods into your children. I added Elderberry juice concentrate for it’s numerous health benefits, such as inhibiting viruses and for keeping the immune system strong.
- 6 ounces frozen mixed blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 12 drops stevia extract
- 1 Tbsp. coconut butter (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. elderberry juice concentrate
- 1/4-1/3 cup water or almond milk
- a big pinch of cinnamon
- 1 peach, cut into very small cubes
Blend everything except the peach in a high speed blender until completely smooth. Stir in the peach cubes and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze.
